Introduced in 1998, the Monogram Vernis line was Louis Vuitton's answer to a new era of luxury — the iconic monogram reimagined in high-gloss patent leather, lacquered and luminous. This Reade MM, dating to around 2001, is a beautiful example from that early chapter: structured, open-top, and finished in a warm beige-yellow that catches the light in all the right ways.
The vachetta leather handles have developed a natural honey patina over the years — the kind that only comes with time and care, and that vintage LV collectors specifically seek out. It fits a laptop, comes with its dust bag, and is in excellent condition throughout.
